Women in media jobs

This is a little bit of sad news that I got yesterday:

The number of women working as both actresses in prime-time shows and writers and producers behind the scenes on those same shows fell in 2010-2011, a new study shows.

Seriously folks, there’s no excuse for this. It’s silly and stupid.

On a related note, I watched a Craig Fergusen stand-up special last night… It completely failed the Bechdel test… (Think about it…)
